Business Manager The Business Manager will serve to assist in the fiscal accounting of the Katherine Anne Porter School and have a good understanding of the business/fiscal cycle.  The Business Manager is in charge of overseeing the daily accounting operations of the school, as well as coordinating and completing all accounting tasks of the school.  In addition, the Business Manager will prepare information to assist with strategic financial planning, grant compliance, and accountability measures. Secondary Art Teacher Candidate is responsible for planning, organizing, and presenting activities contributing to educational, social, and physical development of students to enhance their self-worth and equip them with the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to function in society.  Considerable judgment, tact, patience, sensitivity, and flexibility are required to deal with students from varied socioeconomic backgrounds and learning styles.  This position requires creativity and adaptive thinking to match teaching objectives, learning strategies, and instructional plans with students’ abilities. Accounting/HR Clerk The Accounting/HR Clerk is a clerical assistant who performs a wide range of functions to support the financial, staff and student record keeping of the school.  The Accounting/HR Clerk is charged with keeping detailed financial, staff and student records for the Katherine Anne Porter School and will ensure the daily accounting and related functions run accurately and effectively.  Work collaboratively with Business Manager. Food Service Manager The Food Service Manager leads the day-to-day Child Nutrition Operations. Food service managers must ensure high standards for safety/sanitation and meal quality as set forth by the requirements by the United States Department of Agriculture.  In addition, they supervise employees, place food/supply orders, menu planning account for meal service and a la carte sales and ensure adequate inventory is available.  Support and be committed to the Katherine Anne Porter School mission, vision, and core values.  This is a part- time approximately 6 hours or less per day. The work week is Monday - Friday, following the school calendar for an 187 day year.  Also to be In preparation for a 2018-2019 Administrative Review. Special Education Case Manager/Teacher The SPED Case Manager/Teacher will ensure that special education services and related services are provided to the student as outlined in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).  The Special Education Case Manager/Teacher will verify that IEP services are implemented in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.  Responsible collaborating with general education teachers to coordinate efforts to support the students academic learning environment.  Coordinate and monitor the delivery of special education services.  Prepare and update all Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) paperwork.  Willing to provide inclusion and/or resource services.  Must be committed to Katherine Anne Porter School vision, mission, and core values.
